Drop Off and Pick up Procedures for Tysons: Kiss and Ride

  1. Parents will drop off and pick up students in a car line. No one should attempt to park their car and walk their student up to the door.

Please review the below procedures to ensure everyone’s safety.

    APPROACHING THE STUDIO

    - Turn right at the last lane before the studio. The building number for this lane is 8472. After circling around the back of the building you will approach the studio entrance with the driver side of your car parallel to the building. (Facing Towards Tesla)

    - Pull all the way up to the ‘DROP OFF’ sign so we can utilize as much space as possible in front of our studio.

    AT DROP OFF

    - Your dancers should exit the car from the back seat on the studio side and walk to the studio front door. If they are in the front seat, please have them walk in front of your vehicle so they cross safely to the front door.

-Try to drop off approximately 10 minutes before class starts. This ensures your dancer is in the studio and not waiting in the line for dancers getting picked up.

    AT PICK UP

    - Try to arrive as close as possible to your student's end time. This will allow for the students arriving to be at the front of the line and safely get inside.

-Display your student’s name in your side window. Simply write their name on a piece of white paper in a black/dark colored marker (colored ink is sometimes hard to read). This sign is imperative for a smooth and fast dismissal.

Thank you for your adherence to ensure all students enter and exit the studio safely!
