CLASS DETAILS & REGISTRATION (See also FAQ’s at the bottom of the page)

Acro and all of the Drop-In classes are open for registration for the semester. You can also drop in on your schedule (No Showcase Costume Fee Applies).

  • Monthly Tuition is determined by the number of hours of classes taken per week.

  • Classes begin September 2, 2025 and continue through May 8, 2026.

  • The minimum ages for classes are listed in the description, only age-eligible courses will appear for registration. (Age turning during the season).

  • The sibling tuition discounts for the 2025-2026 season are as follows:  1st Sibling 10%, 2nd Sibling 15%, 3rd Sibling on 20%.

  • A non-refundable costume registration fee of $119 is collected during registration.

  • If you choose to cancel, the costume will not be provided, and the fee will not be refunded.

  • One-time class trials are $25.00, dancers can try each class once prior to registration for the season.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A DROP-IN CLASS FOR MY DANCER? 

-Single Drop-In Class       $25.00

-10 Class Drop-In Pack     $220.00 (Can be shared with siblings)

*You must be registered to attend a Drop-In or a trial class.

To register: Select the class you want to attend

  • Choose 'Pick dates to drop in, then pick your date(s) (ff class has available slots, date will appear)

  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click 'Submit, 

  • Read the disclosures then click 'Finish Registration Now' to make payment.

  • If you have a punch card purchased you will select that option, if not, you will make payment.

For example, if you are attempting to register for three classes with a Punch Card or Paying as you go:

Add the three dates, then progress to the next step to pay via credit card or select Bring Punch Card. Then when you arrive for the class the front desk will punch your 10 Class Pack.

HOW DO I SELECT THE APPROPRIATE CLASS FOR MY DANCER? 

-Classes are age based, the age appropriate level classes will appear, based on birthday for the current season.   

-Acro Classes: Acro beginners must be at least 6 years of age to attend Acro 1, and Acro 2 & 3 are skills based, please read the description carefully.

-Drop-in classes are open for registration for the semester or you can drop in on your schedule.

Adrenaline Studio - Class Descriptions

Creative Dance - Showcase Class

(Ages 3 through 5 years) This program teaches muscle control, concentration, rhythm, discipline coordination, balance, agility, and poise.  It consists of tap, ballet, drama, and the use of props such as the balance beam, balls, hoops, ribbon rhythm sticks, and costume accessories.  Our goal is to instill self-confidence and creativity.

Creative Hip Hop - Showcase Class

(Ages 3 through 5 years) This class teaches muscle control, concentration, rhythm, discipline coordination, balance, agility, and poise. Building the basic foundations of Hip Hop. Our goal is to instill self-confidence and creativity.

Tap - Showcase Class

Tap classes work to develop a keen sense of rhythm and coordination.  Students will master basic tap steps and rhythms, and then progress to more complicated combinations and patterns as their skills increase.  The emphasis is on developing proper tap techniques and producing clean and clear tap sounds.

Ballet - Showcase Class

Ballet is the foundation of all dance.

Dancers are introduced to a classical ballet class format that teaches the dancer with an emphasis on straight leg, pointed feet, posture placement and stretching, along with cultivating a true love for ballet. As the dancer completes their recommended level, the class structure will become more demanding and complex. Pointe recommendations will be considered once a dancer reaches the age of twelve and has mastered the fundamentals of ballet.

Pointe - Showcase Class

POINTE DANCERS MUST HAVE INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL FOR THIS CLASS.

Pointe work and is designed for students who have ballet training. Pointe classes can be taken on flat or in pointe shoes at the instructor's discretion. All pointe classes are designed for students with previous ballet training. Students will utilize previously learned ballet techniques while working in pointe shoes. Each class includes barre exercises, center-floor work, and across-the-floor combinations. These exercises focus on strengthening the feet and ankles. Dancers must be enrolled in an additional ballet class along with pointe classes.

Ballet w/Pointe - Showcase Class

Join our Ballet with Pointe class, specially designed for young dancers ages 10 to 18 who are ready to explore the elegance and strength of classical ballet! This class combines the grace of ballet technique with the exciting challenge of pointe work, perfect for beginners through intermediate dancers eager to grow.

Jazz - Showcase Class

This program is based on a combination of Contemporary Funk, Broadway and Modern Jazz.  The classes are structured to build strength and develop flexibility, coordination, and rhythm.  Dance combinations can consist of classical, musical theatre, or ‘cutting edge’ choreography.  For serious jazz students, ballet is strongly recommended.

Hip Hop - Showcase Class

Our classes integrate the latest Hip-Hop dance moves from the East and West coasts.  Each class begins with stretches and warm-ups, including isolations and strength training.  Students will develop coordination and rhythm while learning dance combinations with very innovative choreography.

Lyrical - Showcase Class

This form of dance utilizes both ballet and jazz techniques, emphasizing strength, control, and extensions.  Students will focus on technique while learning to dance using different emotions and expressions.  A strong ballet background is necessary for lyrical students.

Contemporary - Showcase Class

Contemporary dance is a dance genre that encourages the freedom of expression, improvisation, innovation, and creative exploration of movement. We will also use improvisation games to inspire the student's creative movement. Contemporary is offered to students who have previous dance training in ballet and jazz. Students will dance in bare feet.

Musical Theater - Showcase Class

Musical Theatre Classes will focus on the application of dancing to create an effective presentation. This class will offer exposure to a Broadway repertoire, interpreting it musically and dramatically, then creating staging and choreography for performance.

Pom - Showcase Class

Poms (for ages 8+) is a class designed to introduce dancers to proper jazz dance technique while including the sharp and synchronized movements and visual effects of working with pom poms! Dancers will learn the fundamental skills of Pom motions -  sharp, precise movements and synchronization while incorporating poms, as well as jumps and leaps associated with Pom dance.  Pom is a category performed on high school, college, and pro dance teams.

Arco - (D)

Acro 1

Acro 1 builds a strong foundation in acrobatic skills including pre-cartwheels, cartwheels, handstands, forward and backward rolls, bridges and backbends. No previous experience needed.

Acro 2

Students will continue to work on foundational skills such as cartwheels, handstands and backbends. Skills will progress into such skills as cartwheel progressions, front limbers, walkovers and aerials. Students must have a strong cartwheel, handstand and be able to stand up from a backbend.

Acro 3

Students will work on advanced skills such as aerials, chaine aerials, step aerials, handsprings, and front/back aerials. Students must have an aerial on the mat, solid front limber, working front and back walkovers.

Leaps and Turns (D)

Leaps and Turns is a technique class designed to assist students in focusing on the leaps, jumps, and turns that dancers perform in ballet and jazz. Leaps and Turns class is a way to better your technique when executing basic leaps, center leaps, turns, and fouetté.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

All Class withdrawals require a 30-day written notification sent to: adrenalinestudionova@gmail.com (Tuition will be prorated based on the date of receipt) The recital costume fee is non-refundable. The Front Desk cannot accept/process cancellations.

WHAT IF WE NEED TO SWITCH CLASSES?

As long as spots are available in the other classes, we will try to accommodate families.

If switching to a Spring Showcase class, a $119 costume fee will apply.
