WHAT IS THE ADRENALINE STUDIO NEXT LEVEL TEAM DANCE PROGRAM?

Next Level is a competitive program that gives extra training to advance technique, confidence, and discipline. Dancers receive a tailored class schedule to meet their needs and progress technically and mentally.

The team competes locally and regionally at events like Next Star, Revolution, Dream Makers, Dance 1st, and Star Dance Alliance.

We offer a challenging, supportive environment that emphasizes teamwork, focus, technique, responsibility, health, and precision. Dancers build grit—passion plus perseverance—and coachability, gaining skills that transfer to college, careers, and life. Through performance, mentoring, and high standards, we develop well-rounded athletes committed to growth and excellence.

2026-2027 NEXT-LEVEL TEAM AUDITIONS

Next Level is an intensive competition program that will provide you with more training to advance your technical skills in class and on stage.   Dancers will have a tailored class schedule to meet their needs and advance their technical skills while building confidence and discipline.

 ·     Competes Locally 

·      3-4 Performances a season 

·      Styles: Jazz, Contemporary/Lyrical, Hip Hop, Tap

TUESDAY MAY 19th, 2026 

Ages 5-13 (age as of August 1, 2026)

Jazz/Contemporary/Lyrical = 5:00-6:00pm  

Hip Hop = 6:00-7:00pm 

WEDNESDAY MAY 20th, 2026

Ages 13+ (age as of August 1, 2026)

Jazz/Contemporary/Lyrical = 5:30-7:00pm  

Hip Hop = 7:00-8:30pm 

Next Level Audition Details

1. Audition choreography will be taught and performed in groups during the audition. No videos will be sent in advance.

2. The auditions will be held at 289 Sunset Park Drive, Herndon, VA 20170.

3. Please BRING an 8x10 Headshot

4. **Everyone interested in auditioning must complete the GOOGLE interest form to audition.

5. Season begins June 1st, team Practices will start the weekend of July 11th.

Teen ages 13-16

WHAT IS THE ADRENALINE STUDIO ALL-STAR TEAM DANCE PROGRAM?

Adrenaline Studio is a nationally recognized competitive dance leader. We compete at Star Dance Alliance, USASF, World of Dance, Varsity and more. Our travel competition program performs locally, regionally, and nationally.

We foster a diverse, challenging environment that builds teamwork, technique, discipline, responsibility, health, and precision. Dancers develop grit—passion plus perseverance—through dedication, coachability, and high standards. Those skills translate to college, careers, and life.

We emphasize well-rounded growth via performance, mentoring, and training. Unique strengths: participation in multiple circuits, mastery of hip hop, jazz, and pom, and a standout boys’ program across all levels.

FRIDAY, MAY 15, 2026 (Born 2016–2019)

Jazz & Pom: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Hip Hop: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

SATURDAY, MAY 16, 2026 (Born 2013–2015)

Jazz & Contemporary: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Pom: 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM

Hip Hop: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM

SUNDAY, MAY 17, 2026 (Born 2008–2012)

Jazz & Contemporary: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Pom: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Hip Hop: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

*AUDITIONS MAY RUN LONGER THAN ADVERTISED, DUE TO NUMBER OF DANCERS AND DECISIONS REQUIRED TO FORM THE TEAMS.

All-Star Audition Details

4. YOU MUST AUDITION WITH YOUR YEAR OF BIRTH GROUP: 2008-2012, 2013-2015, and 2016-2019

5. YOU MAY BE ASKED TO AUDITION WITH A OLDER GROUP.

**Team placement isn’t automatic. It’s based on skill and merit. Directors, team coaches, and instructors assess dancers—at auditions, in classes, and through ongoing evaluations—to see if they have the technique, execution, strength, flexibility, musicality, and performance readiness needed for the competitive travel teams.
